Dalia and her team co-created a long-term growth vision for Fortune-10 client’s innovation portfolio, leveraging ethnographic research and consumer and market trends to innovate around consumer behavior and define priority growth opportunities along the customer journey. Dalia led the innovation workstream for a global toymaker, working with over 10 brands. Leveraging human-centered design, Dalia gathered consumer insights on purchasing behaviors and designed and facilitated ideation workshops with each brand to identify unique strategic and tactical design initiatives that would help improve bottom line while also strengthening trust with the customer. Initiatives were also assessed by impact and speed-to-market.
Dalia launched a project at Deloitte to help private sector leaders improve the hiring and inclusion of refugees in the workplace. The project was executed in collaboration with the Tent Partnership for Refugees and involved interviewing nearly 100 employers and refugee employees to identify challenges and success stories around refugee inclusion.
Dalia and her team designed market entry strategies for Fortune-10 client’s mobile app launch in Europe and China, using customer behavior and market insights to transform business model strategies and define over 20 monetization opportunities.
Working with senior executives of seven global beauty brands, Dalia and her team developed a 3-year global brand and consumer growth strategy for across the brands, paving the path for 4-10% CAGR growth in sales by region from flat-line. She developed the project plan and coordinated 7 cross-functional client teams to define the brand ambition, analyze customer purchasing data and market insights, and identify growth opportunities by customer, product, and region.
Dalia and her team supported leadership at a Fortune-500 insurance company to design an edge innovation team, shifting their thinking to transformational innovation outside their core. Through market and consumer research, Dalia and her team helped leadership identify ten new opportunity spaces, prioritize the two biggest spaces, and develop a research plan to understand consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points in those spaces.
